Feedback to go is a complex application that allows users to evaluate themselves and compare their results against similar answers from coworkers, superiors, subordinates, and others. As part of the 365 process used by Catalyst Consulting, the user is presented with detailed graphs to quickly communicate results, then is invited to improve and retest, continuing the process until success is achieved. The site also incorporates e-commerce to sell subscriptions. Individual users are located around the world and there are discussions ongoing to rebrand the front end to customize for large corporate accounts. |
